While this is arguably unnecessary to get banking transactions done, I find it both remarkable and refreshing in todays fast-paced and socially-inept culture. Who thought going to the bank could actually be an enjoyable experience? Skip the large chain banks and try a bank that actually appreciates your patronage. Well done, Bradford National Bank!!

1 /5 Virginia Tardy: Underwhelmed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this bank! We applied for a solar loan and from start to finish was unimpressed. Ran our credit and couldn’t even communicate without having to reach out and figure out what was going. Not even a simple note back that they received your documents you sent them…nothing just crickets. I will never bank with this place after our experience. Guess we dodged a bullet not getting a loan through here. I bought a home easier than getting a loan for solar panels. Just disappointing at the least to say.

1 /5 Addison White: I’ve been banking with them for years now and this one rude bank teller makes me want to close my whole account. Lady with the white shoulder length hair, don’t even care to know her name now. Every time i’m there my patience is tested, I go to deposit 2 checks today and am rushed the entire time and whenever she gets back i tell her i also need cash deposited and she wants to act like it’s so hard to do the job she’s paid for. get some new people in or you’ll lose loyal customers, she’s been rude to my younger sister many times, all i hear is complaints about her, get her out of there. There’s a genuine issue if there’s this many complaints and nothing done about it!
