1 /5 Aaron Davis: Extremely disappointing experience. This company misrepresents itself as a direct lender but is actually a broker. We were charged a $495 application fee and an additional $3,000 for an appraisal that cannot be used with other lenders. In total, we lost thousands in upfront costs with absolutely no results. The process felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. We strongly regret working with Marc and would advise others to steer clear.
