1 /5 Amber Kotecki-Neill: I just got off the phone with a lady I dont know what her name was because I dont think she told me but she worked at a call center she said and she was so rude every step of the way. Every question I asked she was ignorant and gave me a snotty attitude... such bad customer service... were people calling because we need help... we dont deserve to be talked down to or be given attitudes because we ask questions. Have some compassion! And if you dont like your job FIND A NEW ONE!!! Dont continue to verbally abuse clients that dont deserve it.!!! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Such an unsupportive person for an agency that is supposed to help people.

1 /5 geekgurl2000: I went to get the LINK card for a disabled friend per the instructions of the agent who did the application over the phone. the people in the office were quite hostile and demanding that i have a form filled out and signed by both of us despite being her authorized representative and having her ID and Social Security card. I cant stand bureaucrats who act like assistance is coming from their own wallets.

2 /5 Diana G: Person on the phone lacks humanity, didn’t care about the situation just wanted to get it over with. Some compassion would be nice, if you’re not happy with your job then find another, God bless you and may He never make you go through any tough times in life

1 /5 William Long: Got called had to correct some information lady was very rude and disrespectful and only continued to be more rude and disrespectful thru out the call and rushed the call like she had something better to do

5 /5 Alyssa C: They were truly so kind and gave me some resources regarding what I went there for. Very compassionate employees here. If youre nervous, dont be. They will do what they can to help.
