1 /5 Kacey Jones: My policy was canceled out of nowhere via letter due to someone stopping by and seeing a few small branches overhanging my porch. No prior notice. No amount of time given to get it trimmed by. Just straight up canceled. And now other insurances wont take me in because a & w was the one that canceled on me. Not to mention they dont even cover the cost for rebuilding a house or paying back the mortgage. My insurance agent, Jamie, was hard to get ahold of a lot of the time and took a long time to get back to my mortgage company,realtor, loan officer, ect when I was trying to buy my house. Dont bother! SKIP!

Every year my rates kept sky rocketing without me even filing a claim (heaven forbid if I did.. cant imagine). I went searching and followed friends recommendations. I went to the office to pull the final switch over and discovered it would be better for ME to wait another 3 months then switch.. this was Jamies recommendation.
