Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.

k lopez It was time to renew my auto insurance and the other broker I used couldn’t find any reasonable policies, admittedly the prices are so high, I’ve never had to pay this much! I had used Magnum years ago and decided to see if they could help me find something more reasonable. Anahi was very helpful, patient and friendly over the phone. She really took her time to help me find the best fit and answered all my questions so kindly. I went in and made sure to see her and follow through. She was very sweet and patient, also really went above and beyond with all my needs and inquiries. I wanted to make sure to give her a compliment and thanks again Anahi!
