Steve Burnett I recently switched my insurance to Farmers Insurance-Bruce McCarthy. Changing insurance companies is not a pleasant task, but Bruce made the whole process so easy. He does all the hard work. Plus I am paying way less than I was before. Bruce is very personable and knowledgeable. You will think you have been friends for years. K Ive been using Jimi as my agent for a little over a year and a half. I have multiple policies with country financial and am very pleased with the service Jimi and his company have provided. One day last year we had a bad wind storm blow through that took down trees, limbs and so on. That morning I saw Jimi out in the community checking on his clients damages and doing everything he could to make sure his clients were taken care of. Ive had insurance through either State Farm or another provider for almost 20 years and worked with several offices, but the level of support Ive had here stands out. Mandy has a great team. I read through the reviews before choosing her office and sometimes you think "too good to be true?" when you see a perfect rating. Well, so far in my experience, it is true. Great staff, great support. Cant see myself anywhere else.
