I had used Magnum years ago and decided to see if they could help me find something more reasonable. Anahi was very helpful, patient and friendly over the phone. Samantha SR Got pulled over on S 5th and Allen after work, and yeah — turns out my tags were expired and I didn’t have insurance. Not my best moment. I’d just bought my first car a few months ago and honestly didn’t even think about needing more than plates and gas. Rookie mistake. Court said I needed SR22 insurance to keep my license. Had no clue what that meant until I walked into Jiffy SR22 Insurance on 5th. The guy at the desk didn’t sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated. Straight-up told me what an SR22 form was, what it would cost, and how fast they could file it with the DMV. No BS, no sales pitch — just the info I needed. I picked a monthly SR22 premium that wouldn’t wreck my budget, and they printed the proof of insurance while I waited. If you’re in Springfield and in a jam, this spot’s solid. Left with paperwork and peace of mind. Already gave my cousin their info — he’s next in line.
