1 /5 Tiffany M: Poor customer service all around . Daniel is especially unresponsive these last few years . When I was rear- ended by at fault driver , I received no help when I called office . Told me to report it myself to the other drivers insurance . I emailed Daniel regarding coverage for a house . The quote was very generic and very high. I replied to ask why it’s so high . He never replied . As usual , ignores the customer. Also, they lied and told me my auto premium would go down when I switched . It has now been almost five years and it just keeps going up with a clean driving record and no at fault accidents whatsoever . I called office yesterday to ask if emails coming in regarding doing a self survey was legit . The guy who answered did not know and says not aware of it . He then says usually if a new home they request this . I told him my house has been insured by them for five years and it’s not new home . I told him I been getting these email requests to do self survey for three weeks now .
