To my surprise, one of his team, Tracey Muller, whom I worked with extensively, was transferred elsewhere. She was the sole reason I stayed with the prior agent to begin with. When I found out she was at the Cravatta Agency, I asked State Farm to switch me over immediately. They did and once again I was working with my favorite insurance office manager of all time. Tracey knows her way around their complex systems and coverage. Shes also one of the most pleasant people Ive ever worked with. I call her for all my personal insurance related needs. Ive also had a couple interactions with Mr. Cravatta and theyve been excellent as well.
