After finding out that information 3 weeks into the process, I had to start all over and find a jeweler that could make a miracle happen: have a ring sized and set with diamonds within just a month now. Tim Rampenthal is one of the finest designers and creators of custom designed jewelry. I have worked with him several times through the years and there is honestly no one that can touch him in his artistry. The Rings we designed together for my wedding were perfect and reflected the deeper multipke meanings I was after that were perfectly exhibited in the final work. Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.
