Andrew Lotko I called my insurance agent because I got a rock chip in my windshield, and I was worried the chipped windshield could crack totally. Deanna said I should take my Jeep into Safelite Auto for glass repair. I said that would be great. She also said she could help with making the appointment itself, And I said wow, that would be awesome. Unbelievably, I was able to take My jeep into Safelite auto glass that same afternoon. When I got to Safelite, the mechanic there was extremely helpful, He explained the condition of my chip, and advised he could have it fixed in 15 minutes. So I waited in their lobby, got a complementary cup of coffee,, And before I was done with my coffee, my Jeep was ready. I looked at the chip, and it disappeared, they did a great job. so from calling my agent to having my problem fixed it didn’t take more than a half a day, and the job was done perfectly. John Handel The Langlois insurance Agency provides excellent customer service. For one thing when you call the office, they actually answer the phone and get you the answers to your questions. Mary Jo worked with me for my home and auto insurance. I had a lot of questions concerning various coverages and various deductibles. She provided, via email, several proposals with various deductibles for my review.
