Meanwhile, I canceled with my old insurance--a big box company that starts with an "A" (20 years ago, I used to be able to talk directly to an agent from the office, but no more).Instead, I got a call center--a person who spoke minimal English, she didnt ask any questions, what can we do to keep you, nothing. The call center person just presses a button and you are canceled. You can just reach out to Mary Jo and the Langlois team and see what they can do for you--I did and no regrets.
