Katrina Hernandez I recently had some good news about my State Farm policies - an eligibility change! Not only did Stefanies office reach out to me proactively, but Elizabeth worked to get all the policies updated simultaneously, and by the time we were done, I was saving money! Elizabeths customer focus and attentiveness are above and beyond -- it reminded me of the way most companies used to operate. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and I am thrilled with the changes we made together. I cannot recommend Stefanie Curtiss agency enough. Stefanie has clearly taken great care to ensure her customers are truly taken care of!

Mark Weeks Lou is friendly and professional. He always returns my calls and texts in a timely manner. Lou always makes time to patiently answer my questions. Lou is very knowledgeable about various insurance policies and knows which is best suited for his clients.

Jessica Whitfield Lee was fantastic! I called late in the day and left a message assuming no one would get back to me until tomorrow.
