I switched to State Farm after a bad experience with an agent with Farmer’s, and have been in great hands ever since! Jen is a life saver and goes above and beyond. My biggest thing was having an agency that will communicate with me and always be thorough. Jen does just that. Very grateful to have Richard’s agency in town!
