1 /5 Carlos Collinsworth: This place is a joke. I found myself needing to join Simply Insurance due to an accident I was in as they were referred to by the currency exchange. Without getting little information on the document I absolutely needed from them I still stupidly paid for a years policy upfront thinking that they were going to help but after a month of talking to multiple people from this place, I was rudely spoken to by different people, hung up on multiple times, no one gave me their names for at least accountability purposes, and they weren’t even holding up their end of the job when they wouldn’t send the state of IL documents for me when the state is telling me that they have to. So instead I went to Geico and they’ve been helping me ever since last year! So don’t be like me and give this place any money, they are super rude and they won’t care about your needs and this is coming from a year-long customer.

1 /5 S JAY: Very unprofessional business the young lady did not have good customer service. The company maybe new and up coming business. For a corporate office it needs to better management in the office to represent the company.
