She explains things so you have a full understanding of what is going on with your coverage. She is extremely dependable when it comes to returning phone calls and emails. She understands the ups and downs of life and does whatever possible to make every transaction as smooth as possible. She is a huge asset to Allstate.

It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID.
