Petersburg is lucky to have such a caring and reputable company right here in town. We are going to recommend everyone to go have a chat with him. If you’re thinking of switching insurance companies go and talk with him and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

5 /5 Jo Green: Whenever I call the office in Petersburg, Illinois to the office of Chase Sanert they always answer my questions and if they don’t know the answer at the time, they always get me the answer in no time. I will always refer anyone I know to Country Financial and the office of Chase Sanert. Also, his assistant, Grace is always knowledgeable and very nice to anything I ask. 1 /5 DALE LOCK: Where is the zero stars? Chase is never there, the clerk can only answer the phone. We filed a life insurance claim for our son which they wont pay and all we get are phone calls. Nothing is in writing. I cant even file a complaint with the state because Chase did not give us any copies. No claim number, nothing. Is this how CoCo runs their business? I seriously question whether they can pay, and are just using this a ruse until they think of another excuse. We have been loyal CoCO customers for 50 years, but no more. They are a heartless corporation that does not pay their bills. Nothing in our policy supports them denying this claim. Since I have nothing in writing, I can only speculate why they are stalling. Well it has been 10 days since I talked to Bloomington. They have done nothing. Chase responded to my email, but has not mailed the documentation I have asked for several times. I have nothing in writing. I am in discussion with my attorney to file a bad faith suit. I filed a claim with the state of Illinois too. Like a bad neighbor, COCO is never there.
