2 /5 Vanté M: I’m giving 2 stars because the people here were nice. My experience with GEICO was short lived. I was on the market for new cheaper car insurance in March 2025, chose to go with GEICO. I did the quote online, called this office to help me finish the application. Not sure who I spoke to originally.
Fast forward to May, I got a letter talking about underwriting. There was already confusion between customer service reps and people who are local. I submitted this questionnaire with docs to support …. all to be dropped from my insurance and was literally called a fraud. I have never been told that in my life. No one could give me any reason as to why. And not only that, why wasn’t I asked for all of this information upfront? I’m very thorough and this kind of stuff simply just doesn’t happens to me. But I won’t be a customer anymore.. everyone I spoke with at this location had kind energy which i appreciate.. I’m simply leaving this review to make sure people know that this may happen to you.
