Susan Wollin Louisa James is an excellent insurance advisor; we would recommend Northern Star Insurance Advisors to anyone looking for insurance. In todays market its difficult to find the right insurance for your individual needs. Louisa took the time and did research, so we were able to have options. Most important we could keep our current providers. The option also included being able to access other specialty providers for health concerns if needed. Louisa worked above and beyond to finish our application when we fell behind in the paperwork process due to moving. We respect Louisas work ethic and wish to acknowledge that sometimes she would answer emails and phone calls after hours. We never felt like she had other clients! So he was looking for cheaper healthcare and thought he found something better than Spindler Financial Services. When he realized that he had been scammed he went back to Spindler Financial Services. And I personally spoke with Mr Spindler and he seemed irritated that my father had done this and that he had to help him get his insurance coverage back. He did help and his old policy was put back in place. I just wished Mr Spindler would have been more understanding. Our elderly have it rough.
