We were originally working with another mortgage officer and landed with Troy who was our builder’s preferred lender. After speaking with Troy for the first time he provided more information and breakdowns than our other lender did in about 4 weeks of working with him, which included an offer on another house where we lost in a bidding war. Troy and his team were leaps and bounds above. The tools his team utilized made the process of exchanging documents essentially seamless. Anytime we had a question they were only an email, text, or phone call away. Their customer service was fantastic and even if they weren’t available for a phone call, they would send a text or email within 5 minutes to set up a time to speak. I would 100% recommend Troy and his team. Even our realtor, with far more experience in the house buying market, couldn’t stop telling us how amazing Troy and his team were. He was transparent during each stages and communication was easy. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Troy was easy to communicate with in answering any questions. During the closing stages, I appreciated Troy creating some educational materials to get us up to speed with the next steps.
