Emely Perez I had a very positive experience at Bank of America Dalton. Customer service was on point, everyone was so eager to help me, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Dana assisted me, and she did a very well job. I received my document/card I needed to my home not even 24 hours after leaving I was so shocked at how fast it was. I love to give credit where it’s due, and I am extremely satisfied!

Macario O Diana is the absolute best, her patience and drive are amazing. When anyone else else wouldve hung up the call she stayed with me when I needed most. Being in pain in urgent care and having to deal with insurance isnt easy but she stayed with me trough the process making it easy while showing that she cares. Service with a smile. Incomparable caring service. Made me feel at ease even with the pain I was dealing with. Highest rating and above.

Laura Richardson Matt Chao is the best, he walked me and my partner through the process of buying a house and helped us figure out what we could afford, not just what we would qualify for. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging. I give his contact info to anyone who says they’re looking into buying a home!

AMFB Dixie Lynn got right on my concerns of such high payments that I just couldnt make. I had went EVERYWHERE & talked to EVERYONE I could and it was always that they couldnt help or either it was even higher payments! Not the case with Dixie, I actually thought she had got something wrong when she told me the price she got it down to. You just dont find genuine, good hearted ppl everywhere these days, but Dixie Lynn is one of those ppl I was lucky enough to run across. Kevin Goodwin I enjoyed my visit here! I wouldve gone through Drive-thru, except for the fact that I had to have a notary notarize paperwork. Yes, you must have an account here for a notary to notarize anything. Anyway, I was in and out within roughly 6 minutes, and the staff takes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and their hands very seriously! 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt!

ShezGotHerOwn JP was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless. He knows his stuff and he came thru for me on closing day when my emails were not working. He texted me the forms I was able to close on time. I would definitely recommend JP to friends and family!!
