She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Patricia J Went here to have a ring repaired . Stone had fallen out and was told a $100. Gave them a Hundred, and was told they would let me know how much the repair would be by calling me, but know one called to let me know how mich the repair would be, so after waiting for a week . I looked at the receipt the girl gave me but it didnt reflect the $100 that I had given for the Stone to be repaired into my ring. After which my husband went to check on the ring. They told him $100. I then went in and told them that I had already given them $100. They said that I hadnt. I said , "well you have cameras in here why not check the day I brought you my ring!" SHE REFUSED! and said it was Security! A reputable Business wouldnt have a problem showing the TAPE if their was a PROBLEM? HOWEVER MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100 THATS $200 . PEOPLE, You might as well say that I just bought my RING ! WOW HOWEVER,"GOD SAID, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SEW!" AND HIS WORD CANNOT LIE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Jose Calderon My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out
