2 /5 Alexis Holloman: They ruined a ring I brought in for repairs. Its so ugly that we are now considering melting the whole thing down and having someone remake it. This ring was a gift for my little sister, but when she was wearing it she noticed the letters were pulling up and catching on her hair. So I brought it to Morgans for them to fix it, and they said it would be no problem. I get the ring back and it has these ugly weld marks all around the letters that make it hard to even read the letters, and it distorts the top of the J. I paid willingly in store, Im not a cheapskate, but the fact that I paid 60 bucks for someone to make the ring actively worse and uglier is just insane. And if youre wondering if I brought this up to them, I did. They said there was nothing they could do about the marks, and that removing them would make the ring worse. I literally said it looked ugly (I was calm, btw) and they just stared at me. No options were posed whatsoever to make the situation right. So I paid and left. Im heartbroken and angry.
