My jewelry was cleaned and inspected to make sure that prongs and closers were secure. I was amazed how bright and sparkling my jewelry could be. Cleveland Ivey I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.

My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring.
