Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

To my surprise all three look like new bracelets. I wish I took before pictures this is what they look like now. They also replaced the batteries in three of my watches. Very reasonable price for all the work they done in a timely manner. You cannot go wrong trying out Love’s for all your jewelry needs.
