Angelgrace Moore John was so pleasant and helpful finding a wedding band to go with my engagement ring! We were originally looking for my fiancé’s band, but found the perfect rose gold wedding band which neither of us were expecting to find so easily. He polished up the wedding band as well as my engagement ring without even asking. He was pleasant in conversation and so helpful. We will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry needs in the future. Customer service and professionalism was unbeatable!

Austin Yeates Absolutely a must for any jewelry lover! My girlfriend is an avid ring collector and we have been to Casandra’s twice a year apart. Amanda was there both times and was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting her to find the perfect rings. They are very real people working there which I love and greatly respect and also appreciate. They call it how they see it which is rare to find anymore. Both times my girlfriend and I spent almost an hour looking around. Their jewelry is extremely high quality and the rings she purchased last year are still in perfect condition with constant wearing. Not one sign of tarnishing. The ring she purchased this time was solid 10k gold and the price was very good! As for me the boyfriend, I found a beautiful hand made glass hermit crab that I got last time, which still stays on my shelf to this day! If you are in Savannah, stop in and see all the amazing jewelry and things they have. As always be respectful when you go to any store and they will respect you back! We will be 1000% be going back when we pass by and would go out of our way to check out what they have new in stock!

Beth Sager What a hidden gem this place is. I came across this website when I was searching for some Cowhide sneakers. The merchandise selection is amazing. The customer service was awesome and they even included a little gift with my order. Shipping was super fast. I live in Los Angeles and would love to go to this store in person someday. Rosie made it so easy for me to request the look I desired and end up with a lovely bracelet that I will wear forever, and she even coordinated where we could meet so that I didnt have to drive to the Mart for pickup. We had a bit of a mix up on the engraving, but not only did Best Jewelry fix it, they made it BETTER. With FedEx ground, I received the bracelet one day after the company made the quick fix. We went to them for our wedding rings, and gave them less than a month til our wedding, and the rings didnt only get finished in time, they were absolutely beautiful and how we wanted them to look! Their website is so easy to navigate and their band builder is such an ingenious feature. Customizing jewelries is Nedricks forte.
