1 /5 Bobbie Torain: Unfortunately, the web is not their place for business for the cute items they offer. I ordered 4 items from Dandelyons. Close to a month later, I only received 2. The other 2, they replaced with stale, unmoving inventory.
So when I contacted Dandelyons about the 2 items they sent (that I felt were UGLY). She responded as how she felt they were a good substitute and how similar they were to what I ordered. She also said it was rude of me to post the review on her Facebook site.
Needless to say, she never apologized and after, twice, I requested my items and return those, she sent a return label a WEEK later! This business does not have good customer service at all. I explained she shouldve listened and offered a solution instead of defending reasons for shipping what she wanted me to have! I dont do COWFUR on Nothing! And yes, that part...NOTHING!
