Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.

Catherine Sliva We stopped at the Metter Welcome Center in Georgia during a road trip, and it was such a delightful experience! The woman working there was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bathrooms were spotless—probably the cleanest we’ve seen on the road, which was such a relief. To top it off, our greyhound, Wendy, was even allowed to come inside with us as we explored the center. It’s rare to find such pet-friendly places, and it really made our visit extra special. The center itself was well-maintained, and the hospitality was above and beyond. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re traveling through the area!
