Chattanooga Unfiltered We never had major issues with our accounts, and we appreciated that direct deposits often came in early each month. However, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone, no matter how many times we called. This spanned over years and was not a temporary issue. Over time, this caused real problems for us and added a lot of unnecessary stress and delays in important matters.
Their policies also made it unnecessarily difficult to manage joint accounts, POA matters, and they made it incredibly stressful to close the account after the death of one of the account holders.
We eventually moved to a different bank that better fits our needs.
