She told me exactly what was needed of me and she patiently waited for me to get everything I needed to get me approved. I needed the assistance far more than she can imagine and for that I will forever be grateful for her customer service. Ive dealt with OneMain about 8 years now and outside of Lisa from the Onley VA branch (shes amazing) I hadnt met anyone more deserving of recognition than Ms. Ava. She made me feel welcomed to continue my business with the company in the GA state. Ava was awesome! Thanks OneMain.

shauna Queen Last week life decied to rain in on me and I needed help fast! So the weekend is of course when it hit as always. I applied online to the Stockbridge location and waited for a call. I have to admit that I honestly dont trust those things at all, and really didnt expect to get a call at all but bright and early Monday morning 8:30 am I received a call from a very nice customer services person. Her name was Keisha and she was so sweet , understanding and reassuring to my problem. She had to ask some personal questions and about my money situation but I felt comfortable giving her the information and safe. Keisha was very easy to talk to knew her stuff about her company what she could do and what she couldnt do according to my request. I fortunatley for me found an answer to my money troubles and did not need the loan. But, I will tell everyone who I know that needs one to use Heights and Ms. Keisha a very positive experience and thank you so much!

avjack100 Mr McCullough is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always answers my questions, and I never feel like I’m being a bother to him. Very trustworthy. Great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Kelli Whire The banker, when I finally able to see one was nice and knowledgeable however the parking and drive thru are the worst! Wait times are normally long always as well.

Tricia Rowland The actual office staff is nice when you go in person. However, this is the worst DFCS Office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly never following up with phone calls. They never answer the phone. All the phone numbers are always disconnected so you can never reach any of the case workers. I have literally been trying to apply for benefits since February of this year and have not been able to because every time I am supposed to have a phone call, nobody calls. And then whenever I call to reschedule, they just close out the case because they say that I missed my phone appointment even though nobody ever reached out to me. It is happened four times. And then when you call to reach a supervisor? Surprise! The number has been changed or disconnected or the person no longer works for the office. I have never had such horrible issues with any other county DFCS that I have received benefits from.

Miriam Horton This is my bank because the staff is friendly, I have never had a bad experience at my bank. Main office is the best bank in town.
