Though this team is awesome, amongst the few that have known me for just a few years now is Ms Jasmin Nipper! Every question I have, shell provide an honest answer and point me in the direction of growth within LGE! She knows my family dynamics and is always encouraging positive ways to ensure my finances are taken care of. For example, the fact that I get discounts because I am a member here, thats great to know and help me plan for my family during this season! She is always so confident and positively radiant with her attentiveness, especially when I have my kids with me! Thank u Jasmin!

1 /5 Josh Bennett: I had a larger than usual transaction so they requested authorization first which is no big deal but after I authorized they still locked my cards. Tried the app to make proper changes and it’s “undergoing maintenance “ and nobody was available to allow me to get my card unlocked. This was so embarrassing at the store I was at. I can’t believe they put me through this after being with them for over 20 years! How dare you not allow me access to MY MONEY! I am very upset about this and cannot believe how this whole ordeal went, so embarrassing.

1 /5 Jeff Jackson: Never heard of this place before I got a text about online bill pay. I know its a scam but I called just to verify theres not actually an account in my name here. The rep refused to look up my name and said she could only check it if I gave her my social security number. There is no reason she couldnt check for the name first, then check to see if the last 4 of the social security number are the same without me giving a company Ive never heard of my full social.
