First State Bank - Americus (GA)

1 /5 Danny Wilkenson: Was told if i called and let the bank know what was going on they would work with me on overdraft fees because I had to quarantine. Was still charged until i said I would just close the account. April then told me if my direct deposit would still be set up Friday they would wave the fee (Apparently making sure i couldnt avoid them taking the money) After letting her know my car insurance would try again automatically it was pushed through so i could be charged again. Never worked with me. 10/10 dont recommend

5 /5 Corey shaddinger: Been doing business here for yrs Blake is the one banker that has stuck his neck out for me on several occasions. Great bank for small businesses. Everyone is polite and helpful.
