5 /5 Sam Adkins: Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch. After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday! They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning." This is why we love our small town! Thank you Nan and Nancy and the exceptional customer service you provided our family today!!

I’m all about modern conveniences and doing most everything online these days, but when it comes to banking, I’m so glad I made the switch from large corporate banks to FNB! They have all the same services, but their customer service is unheard of at corporate banks! Tasha is awesome and always goes above and beyond to make banking tasks easy for me both personally and for business banking! If you want to be a human and talk to another human when doing business- switch to FNB where you’ll have a personal relationship instead of just being an account number!

5 /5 Jules: I have banked with this bank for over 20 yrs, not once have I ever had a problem with them. Everyone there is super friendly and always go beyond what they are suppose to. I would not hesitate at all recommending this bank. Keep up the good work!

5 /5 Beth Hall: This is a Family owned bank that helps those who bank there like Family. First name basis usually. Great people. Bought my Mustang thru them. They helped sending me to Nashville when I got started in music back in 1994. Wonderful to feel loved. God Bless each person there. They are Very Special Folks.

1 /5 Paul Cole: This is a horrible bank. The ATMs that they own dont work half the time so you wont have access to your money after hours. My card has been compromised on 3 different occasions. I recieved my latest debit card in May and have already been contacted by thir outsourced fraud protection. So they cancel the card and then Im forced to wait a week or so to get a new one, after I have to go to a branch and fill out another form for a new card. Then they will charge you sometimes a $5 fee for a new card. Just a warning, dont bank with the First National Bank of Waynesboro!
