On my most recent visit, I was greeted by Brendan who immediately welcomed me and asked if there was anything I needed that he could assist me with. With customer service, too often it is not what you say, it is how you say it and the actions that follow. Kudos to Brendan, his manager and the team at Go Energy Credit Union!
