5 /5 Andrew Francis: I have purchased multiple pieces from Schomburgs including my wifes engagement ring and our wedding bands and could not be happier with my experience. Not only do they have a great selection of high quality jewelry and gifts but have excellent customer service. The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable, always listen to what I am looking for, and are great advocates when working with their vendors to make sure I was always happy with my purchase. For any type of jewelry for any occasion I have and will continue to recommend Schomburgs Jewelers.

5 /5 Mike Hensley: I dont get out the house much but when I do I try to get something accomplished well I was out today and I find myself over on Whitesville Road with some spare time and then I said well let me see if I get my watch fixed today and stumbled across Schaumburg jewelry I went in and showed the lady my watch she walked in the back came back out just a few seconds later and said its fixed I asked her how much and she said oh theres no charge

1 /5 DS B: I went in to get a ring resized. They don’t do this type of thing in-store anymore and said they’d have to send it out, which made me uncomfortable, so I decided to go elsewhere. What I did not care for was the way they handled my ring. I handed it to them to inspect. Normally a jeweler will take out a countertop pad to put jewelry on. They did not, so when giving my ring back, the woman DROPPED IT onto the glass display case/counter. She didn’t hand it to me or even place it down, she dropped it. So unprofessional and careless. This makes me think that this “jewelry store” is more of an expensive gift shop, as a jewelry store professional would know how to handle jewelry, especially a customer’s piece. If that is how they handle pieces in front of customers, how careless are they when you’re not around?

5 /5 Brittany G. Suitt: I’ve used Schomburg’s for watch repair twice and they’ve always been very prompt. Their associates are very customer service oriented and very helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and if they are assisting other customers they still acknowledge my presence and help me as soon as they can. I will definitely be bringing my business there in the future.

3 /5 kathryn: We have bought multiple pieces of jewelry here over the years. Tried to give them our business for our wedding rings and engagement ring. We basically had to do all the leg work no one would call us when things came in kept having to contact them for updates. Finally got sick of it and spent our money else where. Tried to give another shot for a necklace we purchased there for repair as the chain broke. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I call to find it hasn’t been repaired and the lady on the phone told me I should purchase a thicker one it’s too delicate and will break again since I wear it with a pendant; however they are the ones who sold me this chain with the pendant on it.. picked it up and will take my business elsewhere
