She made the experience so special and went above and beyond. My daughter was able to have her charm engraved, and the process was quick and easy. Nicola is a natural at what she does — knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We also received a warranty, which gave us peace of mind. I left feeling very happy with our purchase and will definitely return because of her outstanding service!

This was my first time coming to Pandora and I didn’t understand how everything worked. She showed me the different charms and had good patiences waiting on me to decide.
