5 /5 Nimair Hassan: They always have top notch service when I’ve visited. Got my watch band fixed here. Also get rings cleaned pretty often. Fair prices and they always do right by me. My go-to jewelry store in Savannah.

1 /5 Crystal Hall: I went into Anderson Jewelers to get a clasp replaced on my necklace and the hook on 1 earring soldered back together. When my husband and I walked into the jewelry store on Eisenhower, we immediately felt the cold vibe, like Not welcomed. I left my jewelry anyway to be repaired, because there isnt a lot of choices around town that I know of, and I wanted my jewelry fixed for the holidays. Well 7 days later when we returned to pick up my jewelry it was fixed, for a price of $100, I thought that price was a little extreme, but I paid it without grumbling, but still no smile, no nothing, not even "thank you for your service please come back". Nothing! I said thank you, have a nice day, and she replied, "uh huh". I would NOT recommend my family nor friends to never support this store. Dont judge me by the color of my skin!
