We came in without an appointment and were serviced quickly - within two hours, we had decided upon my custom ring. She was able to work with our timeline and craft my dream ring in ~6 weeks. Along the way, Laura was very responsive and sent us updates with mock-ups of the ring and was able to adjust things remotely on the fly at our request.
