1 /5 Tywana Carson: I would like to share my experience at this location. I am all time pandora fan most of all my jewelry come from here. This specific location is horrible the customer service was a 0/10 the SA name Christe was not helpful at all usually when I am building a bracelet they help me out with recommendations she was very nonchalant and not pleasant at all like did not want to help any way She gave very much prejudice towards my race. I will never shop this location again!

1 /5 Tate Deyonna (MichellieTv): Customer service is trash. Everyone that came in the store after me got assistance while other sales women just stood around. I stood around about 10 minutes before deciding to leave just for someone to say “yall were next on the list.” After 10 minutes of no one saying anything to us and standing looking crazy I no longer wanted anything from them.

1 /5 Aracely Blanco: I just had a pick order I couldn’t go and my cousin couldn’t go either , my friend went and showed them the order number , I kept calling the whole day to let them know that he was going instead of me and my cousin, they didn’t give it to him I needed it for my moms dinner on Mother’s Day but we were doing it Saturday , sucks , very bad experience, when they finally picked up the phone and they put me on hold and hung up on me
