5 /5 Shatoya Hinkle: This is the by far THE BEST agency Ive delt with sinve Ive become an adult back in the early 2000s. My dad has been with this agency long before that, so rightfully so I followed suit. Mr. Mack has been able to give me better prices than the actual companies Ive insured through. He makes you feel like family and Its hard to find that when most companies focus on th business alone. He shows interest in what best suits what youre looking for and he will not rest until hes foind the best deal. Just recently i was debating rather I should continue with one of the most elite companies put there (USAA), but they were unable to beat the prices I was getting with Mack Insurance. He was cheaper by over $100 a month. Whe. You have a concern, he addresses it ASAP. Im not familiar with a 48hr response time because its taken care of so fast your head would spin. All in all, I love working with Mack Insurance Agancy and he have lifetime customers with my family. You should definitely let him give you a quote and compare that to what you have now. Satisfaction across the board.

1 /5 E M: Ive been a customer for 2 years. Once Im done paying on my current policy in November, I am running for the hills. By far the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They hardly honor the times on the their door, and when you call they will place you on hold forever until you just decide to hang up. Ive tried to add another vehicle on my policy TWICE! Yesterday I was left on hold for nearly 25 minutes. The time before they were suppose to call me back about a quote but never did. They lost a customer for good after that.
