When I signed up for the coverage, I gave them all of the information they needed to properly quote the policy and then some. After 14 months of having the policy, they doubled my business liability premium after a routine audit and Lance left me a voicemail recommending I lie about my business structure to their corporate office in order to get my premium lowered back to what it was before. I tried to contact him over a three month period to get my questions answered about his recommendation and he would never call me back. in the mean time, I paid my bills like clockwork. I finally decided to cancel the policy since I couldnt get any response from Lance. After my policy was cancelled and I moved on, they sent my account to a collections agency saying that I needed to pay double my annual premium from the previous business year as a back-charge since their audit found I needed more coverage. I cant fathom how this is even legal. I have been trying to get in touch with Lance about the collection notice for two business days and I have no response after two calls, a voicemail, and two emails. I am not writing this review with the intention of defaming someone, but rather with the intention of saving you heartache and headache. Please find someone else to work with until they get their act together. I sincerely feel bad for his secretary Kristin who has been great through all of this. In the end, my perfect credit score is tarnished and Lance cant find the time to call.
