I have been with the Insurance companies where you are just an account number. Nothing compares to having an agent that you trust, as well as who will guide you in the direction that you need. What I know, is that she is dedicated to this business, not driven by profits, but her dedication to service to her clients. She is honest and clear when explaining what you need to know; I will NEVER go back to the "BIG" name companies, regardless of the rates they offer, I will always be loyal to her company. Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.

Rin Mouse Went in to bundle my insurance with my wife and transfer from a different State farm location. The reception we got from both Katelyn and Tricia was outstanding. Not only did they save us on our insurance, they made the experience beyond enjoyable. Highly recommend Anthony Thuan and his employees. He has hired some really good neighbors. And like a good neighbor, they are there. Either get your insurance from them or if you already have state farm, transfer to them. The golf tee swags were my favorite, great for hitting my golf balls.
