Weve had Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella and Flood through Rob for 4 years and rates have been overall slightly higher yet very competitive with other carriers, but with the exceptional customer service we receive here were very happy here!

Not only was it a treat to hear music playing in the background at the office, but it was nice to chat with someone who didn’t leave room for long, awkward silence over the phone, especially while systems took time to load on her end. I received a great quote and didn’t need to worry about shopping around afterwards. I wish all customer service calls were as much of a pleasure as this one was! 10/10
