Kaitlyn Martin Awful experience. The representative was unhelpful and I had a very hard time getting him to even respond to me. It is clear they like to do business by text and email, I could never get my representative on the phone. After over a year, I am still dealing with a roof claim. Now, my premium has gone up $500.The representative is Theo C. I contacted his higher up when we were having issues communicating. No one reached out to figure out why I was not happy with Theo. I cannot wait to change insurance companies
