1 /5 Charley Hardage: If you value your time and money do not do business with Mickena Kendrick’s Insurance Agency. They are unprofessional and uneducated in the business they profess to conduct. They are more than willing to lie about policy rates and charges, as well as due dates and coverage. When addressing these issues they continually lied and stated they would find a remedy for the situation, when all along they were ignoring the issue. When I went in person to attempt to find a solution I was told by Ms. Kendricks that she is done with dealing with me and refused to speak to me anymore, knowing I was a current customer and policyholder with her agency. It baffles me that this agency is still in business with the leadership that’s in place. If you are willing to waste your money, have agents that are clueless in setting up your insurance, or enjoy people being rude to you for no reason then this insurance agency is right for you. If not then seek doing business with any other agency that does not lack the skill and professionalism of this particular agency.
