2 /5 Lashane: Their prices are okay but I’m leaving 2 stars simply because of their customer service. I purchased my policy through the Cartersville location. When you try to call that location with the phone number provided you get a robot that sends you to anyone.. anywhere. Every single time it is someone new with the nastiest attitude and smartest mouth. They won’t even let you speak without interrupting you. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor and you’re not a PAYING customer. They should keep in mind that without customers they don’t have a job! Cartersville should really fix the issue with the phone. When I call a specific location I expect to speak to someone at that location and not the nasty women and men working from home that are upset bc they actually have to do their job and assist customers! It makes the entire company look bad and will probably affect Cartersvilles customer retention. The original man that sold me my policy was great but it’s impossible to only deal with him when the calls go everywhere.
