Unfortunately, I know all to well as I have Wrecked over 32 times Totalled more than 17 Vehicles, Even 4 of which were stolen, and another 3 which have never been recovered. I choose Wilsons. Zeferino Chavez Alfa has always been good to me. However, customer service is poor. They are not really in your interest when it comes to helping you save or find ways to save. I understand business is business but you keep clients by customer satisfaction!

Karl Brown These people are very responsive when you call and ask for a quote. I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. I was surprised by how efficiently they handled the switch from my previous insurance, and how much better the policy they wrote for me actually turned out to be. I have not had the opportunity to file claims with them but I would assume based on how quickly and officially they reached out to me when I requested a policy quote that they handle claims equally as expertly. I hope to have a long relationship with this company and based on how I was treated when I first approached them I would anticipate no less.
