Not only is the financial strength of Farmers and its parent company Zurich a major plus but the excellent service you provide us is rare. The flood coverage with Lloyds you offer was perfect. Moreover, you are very competitive as your coverage is much better than other insurers yet the premiums are the same or lower. You open up the Savannah market with excellent coverages ensuring that property damages in any disasters are covered by Farmers or other insurers that you agent. You were a credible sounding board to determine the right amount of coverage and I was so amazed at the excellent follow up when my policy was up for renewal. Evan, your stellar service and knowledge of all markets was so helpful. Gary and you Evan worked with me tirelessly answering many in depth underwriting questions ; you know more than many other agents in town combined. I truly enjoy working with your entire team! 5 /5 Archer Erica (Archer): Evan, Corey and the rest of the team have been the only agency where I know not only will my call and email be retuned but they will patiently answer my questions and try to find the best policies for us. We have never had an insurance agent/agency with such wonderful and professional customer service. We also get alerts via text and email regarding potential increases in our policies well ahead of the sticker shock which is appreciated and they work at finding ways to lower our premiums. Please be advised this review is about our experience with the local agents. We have not had dealings with the national part of Farmers to include filing claims.

5 /5 Ed Reynolds: I dont write many reviews, as you can see. But this one is worth writing. I have been dealing with Evan, Shawnda, and James for about 3 years now. Always had pleasant experiences, processed one claim (RV Damage), otherwise - smooth sailing. Regretfully, in this particular case, my moving to South Carolina means I cannot take Evan and his crew with me, otherwise, I would in a heart beat. If you are shopping for insurance, you need to give Evan and Farmers Insurance a chance, they will not disappoint at all. A++++++ in my book!

1 /5 Lenell Dufour: We had a claim with this company for some fire damage. They were obligated by our policy to pay for the repairs and lost income. Unfortunately they offered an estimate for repairs that was 1/2 the cost and have balked at paying for lost income. We will end up losing thousands and having to pay an extra 5 thousand for a repair that is supposed to be covered. What a joke?! If you want to buy a worthless policy that is not there for you in your time of need then these people will gladly rip you off! :)
