4 /5 K. Morgan: Not a big fan of one of the owners, but their agents are top-notch. Always super helpful, courteous, and do what we need in a timely fashion. 5 stars if the owner was as pleasant as/had an attitude as good as their employees.

1 /5 d. garland: After a couple years the service was terrible and they went up on the price tremendously. I saw how crooked they were when I tried to remove my son and a car from the account and I was going to insure elsewhere So I got sent a copy of the quote and it said remove car and my sons name. The price was great. It showed removal of the car and my son. Then I got an immediate second quote saying it was incorrect. My second quote only showed deleting the car but not my son. It made my good price go up 250.00. So they would not remove my son when asked. I have never dealt with any more dishonesty in insurance. If I needed him removed and his car it should be that simple. They said I would have to show a different address for him. Needless to say I found a much better price. Beware.

1 /5 Shane Whaley: Beware! Payne insurance company in Ellijay, GA took my money for six months of car insurance and even sent me an insurance card. I was trying to renew my car registration only to learn that I had been driving around without insurance for close to a year. I told them I had paid and had an insurance card saying that my coverage expired in late 2023. When trying to explain this to the person on the phone I was told that her computer showed that I was not covered or up to date with my insurance since much earlier that year. I got totally ripped off by those con artists. Be very careful if you must get your insurance through these frauds. I ended up having to pay fines to renew my registration because "I let my insurance lapse."I didnt let my insurance lapse. They took my money and just didnt give me coverage. These people will lie to your face and insist that you are at fault. This wasnt the first time I paid for my car insurance through these frauds so I assumed everything was handled. I recommend you find any other insurance agency you can. They will make it look like they gave you insurance and pocket your money, I assume. Id like to say a lot of far worse things but Im not scum like Payne insurance company in Ellijay GA.

When I originally went the first time, she, Jessica, didnt mind giving 5 quotes to give me the best options available for what I wanted on my Car Insurance. Since then she has worked with us to maintain our best possible rate and helped us make changes along the way, as well.
