1 /5 Claire Smith: I decided to try this company to see if I could save some money. They were able to find me a lower monthly rate but I was overwhelmed with continued emails, texts and calls about starting. I had stayed I could not start until I got paid and I was very much rushed to start... And to provider my checking account info even though I had not been paid and had no money in the bank. Ever after I expressed I chose to stay with my current company and the agent said he would not contact me again, I received yet another email stating they could save me money, etc. I would not use this company even if my monthly rate was zero. Too overwhelming. I do not like pushed to do something when I am not ready. Edit- just received a denial letter from this agency dated 3/10/2025 and am email from the agent asking for my checking account/routing number on 3/13/2025. This seems like a scam to me. Why would the agent need my routing number of he knew I was already denied?
