Always spot on with call backs if they do happen to miss your call. Rates are lower than any other that I’ve checked into. They staff is welcoming and kind. Atmosphere of the actual office its self is calm and clean. Overall I’ve had a great experience and have been with State Farm for seven years.

I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable.
